1.   Delivery Timeframes

·        Non-Branded Items:

Orders that do not require branding will be processed and dispatched within 5 working days from order confirmation.

·        Branded Items:

Orders requiring branding (e.g., logos, custom printing, embroidery) will be processed and dispatched within 10–14 working days, depending on branding requirements and order size.

 

2.   Free Shipping Thresholds

We offer free delivery based on order value and delivery location as follows:

·        Durban Area:

Free delivery on orders over R5,000.00

·        KwaZulu-Natal (KZN):

Free delivery on orders over R50,000.00

·        Gauteng & Eastern Cape:

Free delivery on orders over R100,000.00

 

3.   Standard Shipping Charges

  • Orders that do not meet the above thresholds will be subject to a delivery fee, which will be quoted based on the delivery location and order size.
  • Shipping costs will be confirmed prior to final order

 

4.   Delivery Areas

  • We deliver nationwide across South
  • Special delivery arrangements can be made for remote or high-volume

 

5.   Order Processing

  • Orders are only processed once payment has been received and
  • Customers will be notified of dispatch and provided with delivery updates where
