At MasterGuard Workwear, we are committed to supplying high-quality Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and exchanges.

1.   Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in a resalable condition
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, including all tags, labels, and documentation
  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be provided
  • Requests must be made within 60 days from the date of purchase

 

2.   Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Branded or customised items (including printed or embroidered PPE)
  • Any item that has been used, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Items not returned in their original condition and packaging

 

3.   Handling Fee

  • All approved returns and exchanges will be subject to a 15% handling and restocking fee, calculated based on the original invoice value of the returned goods

 

4.   Exchange Conditions

Exchanges are permitted subject to the following:

  • Exchanges are allowed for:
    • Incorrect sizing
    • Incorrect items ordered
  • Product preference changes (subject to approval)
  • The item being exchanged must meet all return eligibility criteria outlined above
  • If the replacement item is:
    • Higher in value – the customer will be required to pay the price difference
    • Lower in value – a credit note will be issued for the difference
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability
  • Delivery/collection costs for exchanges will be for the customer’s account, unless the exchange is due to an error on the part of MasterGuard Workwear

 

5.   Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

 

  1. Contact MasterGuard Workwear with your order details and reason for return/exchange
  2. Await authorisation before sending any goods back
  3. Ensure goods are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit
  4. Ship items back using a reliable courier

 

6.   Inspection and Approval

  • All returned items will be inspected upon receipt
  • MasterGuard Workwear reserves the right to approve or reject any return or exchange based on compliance with this policy
  • Non-compliant items will be returned to the customer at their expense

 

7.   Refunds and Credits

  • Approved returns will be processed as either:
    • A credit note, or
    • A refund, at the discretion of MasterGuard Workwear
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after inspection and approval

 

8.   Incorrect or Defective Items

  • If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • MasterGuard Workwear will arrange for collection, replacement, or refund at no additional cost
